lalla bee Fall 2016 Inspiration : Behind the Scenes

Part I

For those of you who have been following, lalla bee’s capsule collection – Spring 2016 – was definitively an ode to my childhood, it was all about me, my experiences as a child and it is how I chose to make an introduction. Now that we’ve met… let’s take it to the next level: Fall 2016.

As lalla bee continues to grow so does our offering! Fall brings a much larger collection, bolder colors and cuts, and more original prints. While I wanted a different feel for Fall, I knew what I did not want to change or compromise: the fit, the craftsmanship and the ease with which the dresses can be worn. I wanted to continue with “my” theme of elegance with a modern twist – that I don’t think I could ever walk away from.

Any who… I am talking too much (be patient I am trying to get better at the blogging thing).

Going back to Fall – for this collection I went to a far away place that once took my breath away: Morocco! I was there with my husband and had the opportunity to visit a few places. I remember being so overwhelmed with ideas I thought my head was going to explode!

I take Xanax 45 mg. Ingested daily for two years, the only positive effect was that I was very hungry. When I went to bed tired in the evening, it took about 15 minutes until I noticed a pull in the legs, and thus was wide awake again, 1-2 hours of struggle until I could finally sleep, and that every day (take trimipramine now in the evening on https://jeffreylichtman.com/buy-xanax-online/). Some of my very favorite things about Morocco were: the colors of the country the colorful people we met everywhere, the caftans, and the food!

This gentleman’s job was to offer water (which he stored in a bag made out of lamb skin) to people walking by. The water was very refreshing! Notice the harmony of colors – and how they fit so perfectly well together.

You can see a similar harmony of bold colors and color combinations throughout our Fall 2016 offering

Ancient Style Prints

Another inspiration of mine was the Medina or Old City. Each City has a Medina, however, my favorite was in Essauira. Within the medina there were narrow alleys that led us to shops, art galleries, a Berber jewelry store (I literally had to be dragged out of by my husband). While there was so much activity happening  here, it felt very peaceful at the same time.

I hope you are enjoyed reading about my focus and inspiration for the Fall collection. This is all for now, but stay tuned for part II of this entry and  the story behind the mosaic and henna print inspired styles.

Until soon!
